Project Monitoring

Environmental monitoring during a construction project allows for quick reactions to any potential negative environmental impacts. Drone-based monitoring provides a fast and convenient way to gather data about the construction area's surroundings and conditions.

Real Estate Photography

Real estate photo and video services, for example, for agents.

Properties are captured from the air, giving a clear view of the surroundings and increasing the appeal of the listing.

Prices for real estate shoots start from €100 (VAT 0%) per property.

Building and roof inspections

Inspecting tall buildings and roofs can be difficult when done manually. With a drone, inspections can be completed quickly and safely from the ground.

The area and building can also be turned into a 3D model using only video. (Photogrammetry)

An inspection of a tall building or roof includes a few photos and a few video clips of the target from different angles. If needed, we can also capture close-up details such as cracks or other damage.

This service is suitable for private customers as well as housing companies, property managers, and construction firms.

This service can save money and time because it eliminates the need for equipment such as lifts or scaffolding. Drone-based inspection is also significantly safer.

The inspection price depends on the size of the target. Prices start from €150 (VAT 0%) per location.

Aerial overview of a plot or forest area

“I own a piece of land, but I don’t really know what it looks like.”

Drone aerial imaging provides a fast and cost-effective way to get a clear overall view of a plot of land or forest area.

Images can be captured from different altitudes and angles to help the area’s layout and surroundings become easier to understand.

With a drone, it is possible to visually document areas that are difficult to access on foot, such as steep terrain or dense forest.

Aerial imagery can also be used to review the current condition of the area, for example after storms, or to support planning related to construction, land use, or forest management.

Animal Search

Searching for a runaway pet from the air can often lead to happy results. Large areas can be scanned quickly from above.

Unfortunately, we don’t have a drone equipped with a thermal camera — we simply can’t afford one — but sometimes even a basic aerial image can help locate the missing animal. The key is to act fast when you notice your best friend is gone.

A small drone is also relatively quiet and won’t scare the pet into running even further away.

Landscape Design

Aerial photos can serve as a useful tool in landscape design. They can also be used to present before and after views of how the landscaping was carried out.
