Sending the device to us via Posti
If you are sending the device by mail, please follow the instructions below.
Packages are sent to the Posti parcel locker located at Kuusilahdentie 2, 65280 Vaasa.
Packaging
Pack the device carefully. Choose a package size slightly larger than the device so there is enough room for padding.
Use bubble wrap, cardboard, or other soft but durable materials as padding.
We will return the device to you in the same package, so pack it carefully.
Sending
You can start sending your package on Posti’s website: Send package
1. Enter the recipient as "PowerLogic", choose delivery to "Posti parcel locker" and type Kuusilahdentie 2 in the search field.
2. From the options, choose the first one: "Posti parcel locker, K-Market Kuusilahdentie".
3. Enter [email protected] as the email and 0449716439 as the receivers phone.
4. Press "Next". On the following page, you can choose the additional service "Fragile package". Note! Do not select Cash on Delivery — we do not collect packages sent with COD.
5. Press "Next". You can now review the shipment details and proceed to payment. After payment, you will receive an 'Helposti code', which you must write on the package. You can also print and attach the shipping label.
6. Take the package to your chosen Posti parcel locker or Posti service point.
You can track your shipment via, for example, the OmaPosti-app.
